SHEIN accepts returns that are postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. If your first return is postmarked within 40 days of your purchase date, then your return will be accepted for free. Additional returns will cost $7.99 per package. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Bodysuits, lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories cannot be returned except for scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets.

SHEIN sells women's casualwear such as t-shirts, dresses, blouses, shorts, pants, tank tops, demin, jumpsuits, swimwear, and bags. SHEIN also offers items in extended sizes.

SHEIN lets customers earn 1 point for every dollar that they spend. Customers can also earn points by verifying their account, filling out their profile, and sharing their purchases on social media. Points can be redeemed for up to 70% of an order's price. Points are only valid for 3 month.

SHEIN does not offer in-store pickup.
